Capita support London Listings

Capita Asset Services has capped off a busy period of capital market activity providing support in connection with the initial public offering of Integrated Diagnostic Holdings plc (“IDH”), a diagnostic services provider based in Egypt with a market capitalisation of over $600m which listed on the main market on the London Stock Exchange on 11th May.

Following support leading up to the IPO, Capita is now assisting IDH, a Jersey incorporated company, with the provision of ongoing administration, company secretarial and share registration services.

The month of May has also seen Capita assist with the listing on AIM of Jersey incorporated MayAir Group plc, a Malaysian based provider of air filtration equipment and clean air solutions.

The IDH transaction team at Capita is led by Director Dominic Hebert.   The MayAir team is led by Senior Manager James Bryant.
