Senior appointments at Fairway

Wednesday 20 March 2024

A Jersey-based financial services provider has recently appointed new members to its Pensions and Employee Incentives team.

Fairway, an independent private client, corporate, funds and pension services provider, has announced two senior appointments.

These include Mike Evans as Client Director, Caroline Costello as Director of the pensions and employee incentives team, and a Fairway Pensions Trustees Limited Board member.

As Client Director, Mike Evans will be responsible for liaising with international pension plans and employer/employee solution specialists in London and other jurisdictions.

Meanwhile, Caroline Costello, who has nearly three decades of senior leadership experience in employee benefits and qualified as an accountant in 2003, will be responsible for developing and leading a strategy to grow Fairway's international pensions and employee reward services.

She will also provide oversight and governance to the business.

Additionally, Fairway has welcomed Michelle Rothwell and Laura Le Caudey to its international team as senior administrators, and Kiah Kuppe as a trainee administrator.
