Get ready for the drive to work to take a bit longer tomorrow morning when the schools go back after the summer break.
Drivers already have to contend with major roadworks on St John’s Road and St Aubin, but the return of the school traffic is likely to mean delays on the roads, with school buses back in action and parents dropping off their children.
Although roadworks are now being staggered to miss the early commuters, drivers should still allow extra time if their route to work includes St John’s main road or the road running through St Aubin.
On the bright side, tomorrow’s weather forecast is for a sunny day.
