The Constable of St Helier is pleased to announce that the Town Hall will re-open to the public at 9am on Monday 15th June.
The Town Hall’s re-opening to the public has been thoroughly planned, prioritising the safety of both our Customer Services Team and our visitors. During the pandemic, the Parish’s Customer Services Team has successfully continued to deliver the full range of services provided by the Town Hall, via the telephone, online and by remote working.
As the Town Hall re-opens, signage, social distancing, hygiene and protective measures will all be in place. There will, necessarily, be a limit on the number of visitors able to enter the Town Hall at any one time, and to avoid queues and waiting as much as possible parishioners are asked to continue to use online, email and telephone services wherever they can.
“I am delighted that we are able to safely re-open the Town Hall to parishioners who need to visit the Customer Services Team in person. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Team for continuing to provide a full range of services during the pandemic, and for their preparation for the re-opening. I would also like to acknowledge and thank our parishioners for their understanding and support of our services offered via telephone and online during recent weeks.” Simon Crowcroft, Constable of St Helier.
