The Constable of St Helier and his team continue to work closely with the Government of Jersey on plans to support and protect members of the community from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Services provided by the Parish are rapidly adapting to the changing circumstances. We are making some changes to our services delivered from the Town Hall to prioritise the safety of staff and parishioners.
Our Customer Services Team remains open and committed to continuing to provide the excellent service to which parishioners and visitors have become accustomed. However, from Monday 30th March, we will not be able to receive visitors in person at the Town Hall.
We encourage parishioners to access our services online at www.sthelier.je, via email at townhall@posh.gov.je, or by telephone on 811811. Please do call if you need any advice or information that you would normally have obtained from the Town Hall.
This change is an important part of supporting the Government’s advice on social distancing in order to protect the safety of our staff, Town Hall visitors and the whole Island community.
Parishioners in need of advice or support at this difficult time can continue to email the Parish at townhall@posh.gov.je or telephone on 811811. Information is also available on our website, www.sthelier.je. If you think you may have Coronavirus please call the Helpline on 445566.
“I’d like to thank Parish staff and parishioners for their continued support as our services adapt to our changing environment. Please do contact us at townhall@posh.gov.je or 811811 if you have any queries.”
Simon Crowcroft, Constable of St Helier
