Ms Lilley's real estate experience covers investment, development and refurbishment of assets - including shopping centres, shopping parks, central London and regional offices-, retail portfolios, student accommodation, industrial and warehousing, mixed-use portfolios and residential development.

In addition to asset, portfolio and fund management roles at Land Securities and Schroders, she also has seven years’ experience managing offshore real estate structures (funds, limited partnerships, general partnerships, Jersey companies and SPVs) at director level.
