The Atlantic Hotel is delighted to be hosting the Devonshire Arms’ Head Chef Adam Smith for three days from Wednesday 6 May to introduce him to the array of local produce suppliers and producers in Jersey.

Adam Smith is one of the UK’s most talented young chefs, with nine years of experience at The Ritz in London behind him. With accolades including Craft Guild of Chefs Young Chef of the Year award in 2010 and the Observer Food monthly - Young chef of The Year in 2012 to his name, Adam also won the Roux Scholarship, earning the opportunity to work for three months in the three Michelin-starred Le Meurice in Paris.

The visit marks the beginning of a new partnership with The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa which will be developing further over the next few months. With both The Atlantic Hotel and Devonshire Arms boasting the prestigious dual rating of four AA red stars and 4 AA rosettes along with a Michelin star each, this new partnership is sure to be an exquisite and exciting pairing.

Adam will be taking time to explore all that Jersey has to offer, visiting various food producers with Executive Head Chef Mark Jordan.

During Adam’s visit and to mark The Atlantic Hotel’s 45th anniversary, from Monday 4th May until Sunday 10th May a special Signature Dish Tasting Menu created by Mark Jordan will be running in Ocean, The Atlantic Hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant. The menu will be showcasing some of Mark’s signature dishes and will be priced at £80 for seven courses.
