The Atlantic Hotel joins Hoteliers' Charter

Wednesday 24 July 2024

The Atlantic Hotel has become a member of the Hoteliers' Charter to develop their team's careers through training, apprenticeships and mentoring.

The Hoterliers' Charter brings together hotels from across the UK and has principles which prioritise colleagues' wellness and career development at the core of hotel operations.

Sustainability is another pillar of the Hoteliers' Charter and by joining as a member The Atlantic Hotel hopes to drive sustainable business practices, focusing on reducing, reusing, and recycling.

Patrick Burke, Owner of The Atlantic Hotel, explained: "We are proud to have joined the Hoteliers' Charter. This reflects our fundamental belief that hotels offer fulfilling careers, not just jobs."

"As a small, family-run luxury hotel, we take immense pride in the highest levels of personal service delivered by our dedicated and talented team. We have always believed in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for our colleagues," he continued.

"By joining the Charter, we are reaffirming our commitment to their personal and professional growth, ensuring they have access to the tools and opportunities they need.”
