Awards celebrate Jersey's stars of corporate governance

The achievements of various firms, teams, and individuals working across corporate governance were celebrated at an awards evening last week.

The Jersey branch of the Corporate Governance Institute (CGI) – formerly the Institute of Chartered Company Secretaries (ICSA) – held its Annual Dinner, Graduation & Awards evening at the Royal Yacht on Friday 20 October.

Established in the early 1980, the Jersey branch of CGI provides continuing professional development and networking opportunities for the Institute's members and students living in Jersey. 

The evening celebrated 41 students who were either graduating or being upgraded to associate or fellow status.

There were also seven corporate awards presented, which followed a comprehensive filtering process and a series of interviews with a Judging Panel.
