Bedell has been awarded a prestigious Best Companies award for staff engagement.
A recipient of an Accreditation on two previous occasions, Bedell is the only law and fiduciary group in the Channel Islands to be included in 2016.
The annual ‘Best Companies’ survey is based on individual employee responses to a series of questions on different areas of employee engagement including leadership, well-being and personal growth.
Hundreds of organisations from a wide range of industries in the British Isles take part in the survey, but not all obtain an Accreditation rating.
