Bedell Cristin appoints new Head of Employment

Bedell Cristin has promoted an employment law specialist to the role of Head of Employment in the Channel Islands.

Carly Parrott joined the firm early last year as Counsel within its employment law practice. She will now lead the employment team across the Guernsey and Jersey offices.

Qualified in both New South Wales, Australia and in England and Wales, Ms Parrott is also a qualified workplace mediator, an accredited coach and has completed her IOD Diploma in Company Direction. 

She began her legal career in Australia in 2004 and moved to Guernsey in 2009 where she continues to be based.
