C5 appoints new CFO

Chief Financial Officer, David Pike, has joined the senior management team of Channel Island technology business C5 Alliance.

The appointment is one of a series of senior hires following the acquisition of C5 by BDO in Jersey.

Mr Pike has held senior financial positions at law firms in the UK and Jersey.

“I have been really pleased with the enthusiasm and excitement that the management and staff have for the business,” he said of C5.

He said he was attracted to the business because of the people it employs, amounting to a team of 200 across Jersey and Guernsey.

“I’m enjoying working in such a sophisticated technological environment and enhancing the financial reporting of the business,” he said.

C5’s Chief Executive Officer Scott Workman, said: “David’s expertise makes him a perfect fit for the talented senior management team and our executive committee which is charged with driving the business forward. We are very much looking forward to drawing on his extensive experience.”
