Calligo has acquired Irish IT managed services provider, Cinnte Technologies.
The purchase was made for an undisclosed sum and marks Calligo’s eighth acquisition in three years.
It also marks the third Irish acquisition for the managed services provider in 2020.
“Cinnte Technologies was an ideal fit for the next step in our Irish expansion, not just in geography, services, shared partners and skillsets, but also in mind-sets,” commented Julian Box, Calligo's Founder and CEO.
