Care managers appointed

LV Care Group has appointed two new Managers, to enhance the leadership of Jersey's premium care provider.

Alexandra Granger, a professional with 20 years' industry experience who was recently Deputy Manager at a 58-bed dementia care home in Jersey, has been appointed Peripatetic Manager.

"It is vitally important for our residents, as well as LV staff, that we provide continuity and structured leadership support. I am looking forward to assisting the management at the LV homes in ensuring we provide the best level of care for our residents, and a secure and nurturing environment for staff," she said.

St. Joseph's Residential and Nursing Home's Deputy Manager of two years, Marta Rodrigues has been promoted to Registered Home Manager, while former Manager, Tracey Gentry, is becoming Clinical Director of the LV Care Group.

"I'm delighted to be taking on the role of Manager at St Joseph's after two years working with the team. We cater for a variety of needs, but I shall ensure that whatever our residents' requirements, we will continue to offer excellent individual care to them all," Ms Rodrigues said.
