COCFL acted as listing agent on 40% of all classes of securities listed on TISE in 2024 and assisted with the majority of new high yield bond classes listed in 2024. The firm said it continues to act for a majority of all high yield bonds currently listed on TISE. 

COCFL's listing teams comprise lawyers and listing analysts with experience in advising on the types of structure that list on TISE and who “understand the commercial needs” of its clients. 

TISE introduced the Specialist Companies Equity Rules in November 2024.Carey Olsen said they intended to attract privately held structures whose securities are not intended to be frequently transferred or traded, and which are primarily held by institutional and professional investors.

COCFL effected the first non-REIT listing under the Specialist Companies Equity Rules in December 2024.
