MasonBreese has received the Living Wage Accreditation from Caritas Jersey.
Set at £10.96 per hour, the Living Wage takes into account the cost of living, taxes and the value of benefits available to working people on low incomes.
The change management consultancy has become the latest employers to agree to pay their employees the Living Wage.
It joins the Jersey Child Care Trust and sustainable co-operative SCOOP, who received their accreditation in June.
“Jersey Living Wage welcomes MasonBreese as an accredited Living Wage employer; recognising them as a business that values the contribution of all employees," Jennifer Bridge, the Jersey Living Wage Campaign Team Leader, said. "Whether working for or doing business with MasonBreese, you know that you are dealing with a company that pays the Living Wage.”
Tom Ellis, Management Consultant at MasonBreese, added: “MasonBreese are delighted to be accredited as a Living Wage employer, it is an area as a company we are passionate about as we strive to be a role model for our communities.”
