Collas Crill has appointed a Senior Associate to its dispute resolution team in Jersey.
Karen Stachura has a broad practice in commercial litigation, insolvency and contentious trust litigation.
She holds significant experience in advising and representing clients in litigation proceedings in the Scottish courts, including Scotland's highest civil court.
She has advised on commercial litigation matters involving professional negligence, product liability and construction disputes.
Ms Stachura was admitted as a Scottish solicitor in 2000 and as solicitor advocate in 2014. She has just relocated from Scotland where she was a solicitor advocate with a tier 1 firm based in Edinburgh.
