Crestbridge has appointed a new Group Head of Private Equity.
In his new role, Alex Di Santo will be responsible for the developing the firm’s private equity fund services strategy, while raising the business’s profile in the sector and identifying new revenue opportunities.
He brings with him 17 years’ experience in financial services – 14 of which have been focused on private capital fund administration.
The news comes in parallel to the appointment of Michael Johnson to Group Head of Institutional Services – a role in he will lead Crestbridge’s Private Equity Services, Real Estate Services, Management Company Services, Corporate Services and Governance Services teams, comprising over 300 members of staff across seven locations.
Mr Johnson commented: “It’s a pleasure to welcome Alex Di Santo to the Crestbridge team. In an industry with increasingly complex requirements around regulation, transparency and technology, his extensive knowledge and experience in private capital fund administration will make him an asset to the business.
