Crestbridge has invested in its Jersey headquarters, expanding it and adapting it to post-pandemic working needs.
The firm’s reception area has also moved to a new main entrance on Charter Place and local graffiti-style artist James Carter - known as Midnight Industries - was commissioned to produce a mural.
Group Head of HR Fiona St Clair-Bolam and Group Head of Technology and Change James Young led on the project.
“Not only does this represent a significant investment in our local headquarters, it’s also a statement of intent as we look to the future and what will undoubtedly be a new working environment. We are an increasingly agile team and we are a growing business and our office environment needs to reflect that. This is an investment that is all about providing our people with agile, flexible space and helping them to feel comfortable, positive and safe at work,” said Ms St Clair-Bolam.
Mr Young added: “Operationally we’ve seen working practices change considerably over the past year or so. We were already geared up to accommodate flexible working practices before the pandemic through our robust technology infrastructure, and we have taken this as an opportunity to improve our approach still further by creating a fully revitalised and future-proof office environment.”
