D2 Real Estate has added three new members of staff to its property management team.

Matt Bougourd joins from Law at Work and is a specialist in Facilities Management having advised numerous clients across Jersey on their Facilities Management strategies.

His qualifications include Level 6 Diploma in Applied Health and Safety, NEBOSH and IOSH.  Scott Campbell recently moved back to Jersey having been based in Qatar for 10 years where he worked on some significant projects, including $1+billion defence projects for US Air Force and State of Qatar.   They will be complemented by Steve Taylor-Collas, an experienced building manager.

On the professional side, D2RE has recruited Emily Le Gallais who is completing her MSc in Real Estate at Reading University and will work towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RICS.  As the company undertakes a number of research projects they have also recruited Gosia Siwiec to assist with marketing and administration.

Phil Dawes, Managing Director, said: “It been a really busy H1 for us in commercial property.  We have been successful in winning a number of high profile management instructions, including the largest building in the Channel Islands, Gaspe House.   We have recruited an experienced team to ensure our service remains excellent as our property management portfolio continues to grow.

"It has also been a very exciting time for the transactional and valuation team, with some significant investments under offer and it’s important to bring in the right people to provide the necessary support to the team.  We are delighted Emily has returned having worked with us last year.  Research and marketing is one of the company’s strengths, so having someone with Gosia’s IT skills will be an enormous help."
