Dedicated support centre for new business opens this week

A centre dedicated to supporting and encouraging new business as they set up opens today in Grenville Street.

F3, is an office development based on an “ecosystem” idea that originated in California's Silicon Valley and which is now found in many other jurisdictions including London, Berlin and Tel Aviv. The building, on the site once occupied by the Forum Cinema, is Jersey’s only ecosystem and technical hub.

It will provide a supportive environment for business development as well as providing finance, accounting, legal and other professional services.

The building boasts 20,000 square feet of newly redeveloped space across five floors and with open plan working. Office space isalso available on a short-term basis for small businesses.

F3 is also home to Digital Jersey - based in The Hub - which opened in May. The Hub takes an entrepreneurial approach to meeting the needs of students, community and industry, and is a growing pool of knowledge and expertise, readily available to assist individual and collective growth.
