EFG Private Bank has completed the acquisition of the banking business of Bank Leumi for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction was completed earlier this month.
Christian Büsel, Head of Private Banking at EFG in Jersey, said: “We are delighted to welcome Bank Leumi (Jersey) Limited’s clients and look forward to a long and successful relationship with them. The successful completion of the transaction owed much to the co-operation between the two institutions to ensure that the transition was smooth and trouble-free for clients.”
EFG International is a global private banking group offering private banking and asset management services, headquartered in Zurich.
