A local trust company has created a new role to drive forward its growth and expand its corporate product offering as it celebrates 25 years of operating in Jersey.

Head of Incentives Franck Matthews will be leading a team specialising in the provision of regulated trustee and administration services to privately

As Head of Incentives, Franck Matthews will be leading a team working on creating tailored employer remuneration plans that match the firm's reward aspirations with the longer-term goals of the employee.

Mr Matthews, who has 25 years' industry experience, was previously Head of Employer Services at Apex Group. Prior to that, he held the role of Director and Head of Employer Services at Link Group (LNK).

"I am delighted to join FCM and lead the highly skilled Incentives team," he said.

"I’m looking forward to directing the team and working closely with Client Services Director, Paul Carney to help accelerate the development of the company’s existing corporate offering.’’
