Livingroom Estate Agents has won several awards at the United Kingdom Property Awards, part of the prestigious International Property Awards, which are described as the 'Oscars' of the property world.
The Chanel Island estate agent has won five-star awards - given to the highest-scoring entrants in each category - for Real Estate Agency Single Office for both Jersey and Guernsey, and Real Estate Agency Marketing for the Channel Islands.
“This is fantastic news to cap off what has been a quite remarkable year,” Simon Torode, Livingroom Founder, CEO, said.
“In the early days of March we, like all islanders, were worried about what the immediate future held. To have reached December with a record-breaking year is a hugely humbling and a testament to how hard my team has worked, as well as the government responses that allowed us to get back to work as quickly as we did.
“We’re proud to have won these national awards. This sends a strong message to our clients that the work we’re doing to market their properties is up there with the very best agencies in the UK and alongside prestigious brands with multiple offices and vast networks."
