Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management in the Crown Dependencies (Canaccord), the independent wealth management firm, has appointed Adrian Jones and Alex Ellis as investment directors in its Jersey office.

They join their former colleagues Anthony Teixeira and Sam Elliott.

A keen sportsman, Adrian Jones is excited about joining Canaccord in Jersey. "I'm impressed with Canaccord's entrepreneurial landscape and, after 25 years experience at Brewin Dolphin, I am looking forward to my new role enormously," he says.

Adrian is joined by Alex Ellis who's been an Assistant Director, Investment Manager since 2012. "Canaccord is a nimble, client-focussed business with a technological edge and vast expertise and knowledge. I'm excited to be part of the team able to create superb results for our clients."

They have joined two other former colleagues Anthony Teixera and Sam Elliott. All four of the new team come from Brewin Dolphin, where they worked together for 12 years, and their appointments strengthen Canaccord Jersey's Portfolio Management Team.

The Head of Wealth Management in Jersey, Charles Cohen said: "It's great to recruit such a strong team locally and I'm absolutely delighted they have chosen to join Canaccord. Sam, Alex, Anthony and Adrian bring with them a breadth and depth of experience looking after a wide range of private clients, with a focus on achieving their specific objectives and they have a proven track record of delivering a high quality service to clients.

"Their addition to Canaccord's Jersey office is an indication of our commitment to growing and developing our portfolio management team, and our ability to recruit top quality individuals."
