A local lawyer's firm is offering some free legal advice next month to help bosses and employees get to grips with Jersey's new employment law.
The sessions are being run by Hanson Renouf at lunchtimes throughout September in their offices at 12 Hill Street.
The half-hour sessions from 12.30pm and 2pm are being run by the firm's Head of Employment Advocate Jean-Marie Renouf.
Advocate Renouf said: “Jersey employment law can be a veritable minefield for both employers and employees, who can often be left unsure as to what their rights are, what claims they might face or bring, or what the correct course of action is in a difficult situation.
“By these short free information sessions we can offer some guidance and to steer individuals towards the best outcome possible.”
You can book one of the half hour appointments by calling 767764 or emailing keeley.smyth@hansonrenouf.com.
