Front of House Manager checks in at L’Horizon

L’Horizon Beach Hotel and Spa has appointed a new Front of House Manager.

Nuno Cardoso, who previously worked at the Pine Cliffs resort in Portugal and the Franklin in London, will be responsible for welcoming guests and leading the Front of House team.

“Front of House, for me, isn’t just standing behind a desk in Reception. It’s about being out in front, welcoming guests, having a conversation, advising them and understanding their needs and working together as a team to deliver the best quality of service possible," Mr Cardoso said. "In a hotel, you can’t do things on your own!”

The Hotel Manager, Thomas Burford, said the team was delighted to have Mr Cardoso join.

"His personality and genuine commitment to exceeding guests’ expectations is obvious, and he’s one of those people you just instantly warm to," he added.
