Greenhills Country House Hotel has been awarded a place in the MICHELIN Guide for hotels, the second hotel in Jersey to be selected.
Known for identifying and rating high-quality restaurants and dining experiences, MICHELIN applies the same approach to hotels, recognisning establishments that are delivering excellence to their customers.
Greenhills Hotel, part of the Seymour Hotels group, was evaluated by the MICHELIN Guide's team in July of this year and selected to appear on the list the following month.
Selection is based on five criteria that MICHLEIN consider the highest levels of quality:
