Hotel announces Front of House promotions

The L’Horizon Beach Hotel and Spa has made two promotions within its Front of House team.

Mireia Marti has been promoted to Front Office Manager whilst Victoria Aberle has become Front Office Team Leader at the St. Brelade hotel.

Ms Marti, who was born in Spain, joined in December 2020 having previously worked as Guest Experience Assistant at The Savoy in London and prior to that in a senior reception role at The Grand, York.

She will oversee all Front Office operations including the team of porters, reception and night staff. She is also involved in recruitment and budgeting.

Ms Aberle joined just over a year ago. Born in Germany, she has six years' hospitality experience, having worked in Germany and Basel in Switzerland. She has taken over Ms Marti's previous role as Front Office Team Leader and will now be responsible for training the seasonal team and overseeing the daily operations of the team as well as hotel reservations.
