Monday 25 September 2023

Kerry Dolan has joined Jersey recruitment and HR specialists HR Now as an adviser.

Ms Dolan has significant experience of working in the hospitality industry in the UK and Jersey.

She previously established her own business focused on bringing suitable candidates for hospitality roles to the island, as well as supporting HR managers with the end-to-end employment process.

Ms Dolan also has significant experience of local employment law, being responsible for the Jersey Hospitality Association’s Work Permit platform, assisting individuals who needed support in applying for immigration permission to come to Jersey and work in the island.

She also advises other local associations and businesses who needed to employ workers from outside Jersey.

Ms Dolan holds Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) Level 3 and ILM accreditation in Employment Law.

HR Now Managing Director Becky Hill said: “Kerry brings a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge to our team. We work with businesses of all sizes and across many sectors and Kerry’s understanding of the needs not just of the hospitality sector, but SMEs in general, will be a valuable addition to our portfolio of services.

"Having held senior roles within large organisations and running her own business gives Kerry real and practical insight into what our clients need, to deliver creative solutions that help them through the whole process from recruitment and onboarding to integrating new employees into an existing team, which is especially valuable in today’s complex and competitive employment market.”
