12 colleagues from across HSBC's Channel Islands and Isle of Man offices have graduated from a new female leadership programme that aimed to "nurture a workplace environment that champions gender equity".
Called 'HSBC Rise’, the six-month programme featured several workshops and coaching sessions.
The sessions were facilitated by external Learning and Development Coach and Consultant Emma Lloyd and focused on personal empowerment and leadership.
