Polygon Collective, an independent family-owned investment company, has declared a three-year sponsorship commitment to Jersey Rugby Football Club (JRFC).
The Collective has signed up as a platinum sponsor of JRFC, which they say illustrates its dedication to supporting the local community in Jersey.
Verienne Belcher, a shareholder at Polygon Collective, said: “We are thrilled to be supporting the JRFC, especially given the recent events with the Jersey Reds leaving the Club with unforeseen additional costs.
“We understand just how much in manpower as well as the financial side of things the club has to undertake, so hopefully our sponsorship will take some of the pressure off.”
Dan McAlister, Chairman of JRFC, added: “We are delighted that Polygon has chosen to partner with us as we continue to build on a fantastic 18 months since our reforming.
“Polygon demonstrates and epitomises a local approach to business and it is a partnership that can be mutually beneficial and one that will benefit all aspects of rugby in Jersey.
“We could not be happier to have partners of their calibre, especially given recent events and the financial demands placed on JRFC.”
