Intertrust Group appoints new Client Director

Intertrust Group has appointed a new Client Director to its Performance and Reward Management team in Jersey.

Jon Cartmell, who is taking on the new role, has 23 years’ experience in the field of share plans, performance and reward and corporate trusteeship.

He was recently co-head of the executive incentives team at another Jersey provider.

His new role will see him take on responsibility for a portfolio of listed and private companies based in the UK and globally.

Mr Cartmell described his new team’s plans for growth as “ambitious”, adding: “…I’m excited to be part of the organisation and look forward to playing my part in our continued success.”

Intertrust Group’s Managing Director in Jersey, Jacob Smed, said: “Our PRM team has recorded impressive growth over a number of years now and Jon’s appointment is part of our growth ambition.
