Jersey’s Institute of Directors has launched a new podcast focused around diversity in business.
The new podcast, which can be will hosted by Jonathan Channing, a local neurodiversity champion and member of the IoD’s Diversity and Inclusion Sub-Committee.
He said the initiative will provide “a great opportunity for the IoD to reach a broader audience and inject some animated conversation around key issues we as a sub-committee are seeking to shine a light on for the benefit of the local business community.”

The podcast’s launch aimed to preempt some of the issues likely to be raised in the IoD’s ‘Unlocking the Island’s Potential: Social Mobility’ webinar taking place this morning.
Julia-Anne Dix, IoD Jersey Diversity Sub-Committee Chair, commented: "The IoD Diversity and inclusion sub-committee is committed to progressing the conversation around D&I in Jersey, we are doing this both through our Diversity and Inclusion Charter which provides a roadmap for the businesses to consider in their D&I journey, as well as through our Road to Diversity podcast which enables us all to learn from lived experience and expertise in the D&I arena.”
