Islanders are being encouraged to take part in the third annual Leadership Jersey survey to provide insights into the local workplace, while also helping charity.
The survey is anonymous and £1 is being donated to local charity Every Child Our Future each time it is completed, up to £1,000. The deadline is Saturday 21 January.
"If Jersey organisations are to successfully navigate the many challenges facing them, we believe that improving leadership is absolutely key," Leadership Jersey Co-founder Kevin Keen said.
"We also believe that good leaders are made not born and so we hope that through the results of this research more focus will be brought to leadership development at all levels in Jersey organisations."

He added: "Last year participants rated their leaders at a six out of a maximum score of 10, but the average only really told half the story, because some excellent leaders compensated for some really poor ones in arriving at that average."
He urged as many people as possible to share their experiences by participating in this year’s survey, which takes around six minutes to complete.
"I think most islanders can recall working for a really great boss and the difference that person made to their organisation and they will certainly remember the carnage a bad leader can leave behind," Mr Keen added.
