Jersey is among the top 10 locations for supporting expat career progression and professional goals, according to research conducted by HSBC.
Jersey ranked four jointly with the United Arab Emirates behind Hong Kong, Singapore and China, which tied with the USA.
More than 20,000 people took place in HSBC's annual Expat Explorer study.
Overall, the participants said they were feeling optimistic about their careers overseas. Many still aspire to relocate abroad for work, and the pandemic hasn’t changed their ambition - eight in 10 expats (80%) say they intend to continue living in their host location for the next year at least, with only 7% planning to move back home.
85% of expats located in Jersey said they felt that flexible working was one of their most important benefits.
