New fitness and wellness centre to open in 2018

Tuesday 07 November 2017

A new fitness and wellness centre, set over three floors in a dedicated space in the centre of St Helier, is set to open its doors in January 2018.

Launched by Glenda Rivoallan, Club Soulgenic, is intended to bring something new to Jersey’s health and fitness scene.

Experts in four key areas - fitness, general health, nutrition and the all important mind body connection - will come together to give members an all-round approach to achieving optimum wellness, from head to toe.

Each floor at Club Soulgenic will be home to a range of specialist services. For example, the ground floor entrance will be home to whole food favourite Nude Food, and the private Personal Coaching Studio is available for members who want a one-to-one session with one of the Club Soulgenic coaches, who will be overseen by Dan Reis.

A dedicated Club Soulgenic app will help members  book classes and manage  their  progress online.  All activity will  be tracked and monitored using MY ZONE wearable technology.

Glenda Rivoallan, Club Soulgenic Founder said: “Club Soulgenic is not your average health facility. Innovative and inspiring technology  and  high  spec  equipment  mean that the very latest in wellness management and ongoing  support is available  every  day.  Everything from working out to eating right, from health to practicing a positive approach to mental and spiritual wellness, is now going to be readily available all under one roof.

"This is the club where everything becomes possible. Where you push through the thoughts of 'I can’t,' 'If only' and  'Maybe next time.' Where you run faster, lift more, stretch out, become grounded and balanced. This is what true wellness looks like: where you become the best version of yourself, inside and out."
