Kendrick Rose grows team

Kendrick Rose has made an appointment to the joint role of Recruitment Consultant and Operations Manager.

Donna Davidson will be taking on this newly created role this autumn as the company enters its 14th year.

After starting out in finance, working with both Lloyd's bank in the UK and HSBC in Jersey, Donna began her career in Recruitment in the mid-1990s, eventually running her own agency.

In the last decade, she has worked in Education as Operations Manager for a local private school with responsibility for HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance Operations, and Site Management.

Shelley Kendrick, Managing Director, Kendrick Rose, said that the appointment of this new role will "allow us to continue to provide clients and candidates with the highest levels of service."

On her appointment, Donna said: "This is an incredibly exciting time to join Kendrick Rose and I'm looking forward to working with Shelley and the team."
