Voisin Law appoints Head of Probate

Voisin Law has appointed a new Head of Probate with 20 years' experience in the field.

Kylie Young has worked with both domestic and international clients, previously acting as the Probate and Wills manager of two law firms based on the island, and advising on all areas of Jersey Probate including the preparation of wills and codicils.

Ms Young has also gained experience working alongside dispute resolution lawyers and contentious matters. 

In her new role, Ms Young will be working closely with the Private Client team, engaging her wide expertise, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and other capacity-based matters. 

She will heads up a new team including Saoirse Barette and Francesca Vinrace.
