Law At Work acquires ASL

Law At Work has acquired ASL Recruitment in a move the firm hopes will create a one-stop shop for local businesses' HR needs.

While both businesses will continue to trade under their existing names, ASL has moved under the same roof as LAW in Seale Street.

“The business case for merging was very compelling,” said Kelly Flageul, LAW’s Managing Director.

“LAW’s acquisition of ASL provides a major growth opportunity for both our businesses through an extended service offering for our respective clients. It also supports LAW’s strategy to lead the market and meet client requirements for a single provider to manage all their people.”

Tina Palmer, of ASL Recruitment, added that the merger means that "ASL will now be better placed to support [businesses] on their journey beyond recruitment."
