LGL Group has made a series of leadership changes, including the appointment of its first female Chief Executive Officer.
Zena Couppey, who was previously Chief Commercial Officer, will be joined by Spencer Daley and Peter Messervy-Gross who will continue in their roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer respectively.
In addition, Mike Newton has been promoted Chief Operating Officer and Stephen McKenna, previously Group Head of Alternative Assets and ESG, has become Chief Commercial Officer.
"I am proud to be appointed as the first female CEO in the Company’s history," Ms Couppey said.

I am excited to be leading the Group in its next phase of growth and maturity."
