A Channel Island pub company has received a top accolade at an awards ceremony dubbed the "Oscars of the hospitality industry".
Liberation Group, which has over 100 pubs and bars across South England and the Channel Islands, clinched the title of 'Best Managed Pub Company' at the Publican Awards in London.
Jonathan Lawson, CEO of Liberation Group, said: "To win Best Managed Pub Company at these prestigious awards is such an honour, especially against such stiff competition as Fullers.
"We're passionate about what we do and are dedicated to providing our guests with the very best experience possible.
"This award pays testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone in the business who constantly go above and beyond, making Liberation Group the success it is."
The Publican Awards judge, Ed Bedington added: "Liberation Group once again demonstrates that they are leading the field when it comes to building a superb managed pub business.
"This is a team that is setting standards for other companies to follow and it's great to be able to recognise the excellence they are delivering, day in, day out."
