Tracy Burns has been appointed to the Board of Governors of local charity Centrepoint.
Ms Burns is currently a Director at Aztec in the firm’s Private Equity division and has significant experience in senior leadership roles in banking and finance.
Ms Burns was introduced to the work of Centrepoint by her late partner Nigel Hill, who joined as a Governor in November 2011 and was quickly appointed as the Chair of Governors in December 2011.
Ms Burns is determined to honour Nigel’s memory by taking over his role as Governor and continuing to drive the charity forward as many families face increasing uncertainty with the rising cost of living.
Ms Burns said: "Nigel was my partner for five years and he believed passionately in the work of this incredible charity.
"It is a privilege to join Centrepoint, to honour Nigel’s memory and to continue his legacy of helping Jersey children to thrive and flourish."
