AEA Design, which was established 30 years ago, has rebranded under new ownership.
First established by Alan Eaton, the company will now be known as Image Matters after having been taken on by Andy Lewis, formerly of Image Group.
Remaining at Regency House at Snow Hill, the offices have undergone a major refurbishment, which the agency says will help it to move forward into the digital age.
Andy Lewis, Director, said: “I am looking forward to developing the company and building on the success of the 30 years of creative output. In addition to the existing Design Services we shall be adding Marketing consultancy, to incorporate PR together with Public Affairs."
Commenting on Alan Eaton’s retirement, he added: ”I extend my very best wishes to Alan on his well deserved retirement. He has been a well-respected member of the business community for over 30 years.
"I aim to build on his legacy and take AEA Design into the new digital era but in the knowledge that the strength of the business will remain in its creative heritage and loyal client base.”
