Local investment manager Spring IM has expanded its team with the appointment of a new Chief Operating Officer and Office Assistant.
In her new role, Chantal Botterill will manage the operation of the business day to day, oversee the compliance function, and work to develop the firm's pension offering alongside the company’s board.
She has more than 30 years’ experience and is a former Chief Operating Officer of an independently owned Pension Trust, Investment and Insurance business, and former Head of Trust Business Support in a bank owned Trust Company.
Simon O’Donoghue, Chief Executive Officer, Spring IM and current Executive Chair of the Channel Islands Wealth Management Association commented: “Chantal brings with her both management and pensions expertise that will be incredibly valuable in the next phase of Spring IM’s growth.”
Ms Botterill said of her appointment: “This dual role allows me to combine the two areas I am most passionate about – operations and pensions - for a business that brings something very dynamic to the marketplace”
Spring IM has also appointed Evangeline Stammers as Office Assistant, bringing the size of the team to six.
Simon O’Donoghue said he was “delighted to be expanding the team and welcome both Chantal and Evangeline.”
