A Partner from Collas Crill, as well as leaders from Fairway Group and Estera, have been shortlisted in this year's Citywealth Powerwomen Awards.
Now in their seventh year, the awards recognise individuals and companies who support caregiving responsibilities, female leadership, and celebrate diversity.
Collas Crill Partner, Kellyann Ozouf (pictured top), has been shortlisted for three awards: Inspirational Woman of the Year, Woman of the Year - Business Growth (Mid-size), and Woman of the Year – Professional Services.
"It's an honour to have been recognised and shortlisted within three categories of the awards, and I hope this inspires the younger generation of female lawyers in particular," she said.

Fairway Group's CEO Louise Bracken-Smith is nominated in two categories - Leadership and Business Growth - while Trust Manager Emma Furzer is nominated as a Rising Star. Fairway Group has also been shortlisted in the Company of the Year category for Female Leadership.
Ms Bracken-Smith commented: “We’re very happy to receive this recognition of our push for equality and diversity in the workplace which is something I’ve always encouraged in our company and within the Jersey financial industry.
"We’re proud that our flexible working environment provides the necessary opportunity to accommodate all life circumstances and allows our colleagues to successfully integrate their home and work lives."

At Estera, Group CEO Farah Ballands, is shortlisted for both Leadership, Financial Organisation and Business Growth (Large/Institutional), while Group Business Development Director Lisa Mclauchlan is shortlisted for Business Services (Large). Michelle Tring, who was recently promoted to Trust Director, is shortlisted in the Future Leaders Partner/Director category.
Estera is also shortlisted overall for Best Employer - Career Progression.
“At Estera, we are proud of the fact that we have built a diverse and inclusive team. Today, 65% of our workforce is female and the number of female directors stands at 42% which is well in excess of industry norms," Ms Ballands said. “The last few years have been tremendously successful for Estera. This shortlisting recognises our global team and their efforts. I am proud to work with them all.”
The winners of the Citywealth Powerwomen awards will be announced early next year in London.
