The Busy Queen Bee, Claire Boscq-Scott, has become a Global Customer Service Guru, reaching 13th out of 30 top customer service professionals.
Claire Boscq-Scott established The Busy Queen Bee brand in 2009 and has more than 25 years’ global experience in the customer services industry.
Global Guru, a research organisation, chooses "remarkable leaders who make an impact... people who support knowledge and personal or organisational development in their fields through speaking, training, books, and media."
Commenting on her ranking, Mrs Boscq-Scott said: "I was actually shell-shocked when I looked up the list. I wasn’t sent a warning email as the list went live on social media, so seeing my name as No 13 Global Customer Service Guru was just incredible. Having been obsessed by customer service and helping business to deliver exceptional customer, this is such an honor."
Mrs Boscq-Scott launched her first franchise in 2015 and is now looking at growing the franchise opportunity in French and English speaking countries. Her latest Franchisee started in January 2018 in Mumbai.
