Maillard & Co has bought Bond Street-based Moore Properties Group.

Maillard & Co, which says it is the largest property business in the Channel Islands, said that Moore’s focus on residential management, lettings, and sales meant it was “a great fit” for the growing business.

Previous owner and Managing Director of The Moore Property Group, David Voak will maintain the position of consultant for the foreseeable future. Senior Property Manager Mark Sinden, Sales Consultant Donald Meiklejohn, Property Manager Ian Flambard and Property Administrator Amanda Christian will also be joining the Maillard & Co team.

Maillard & Co said it thanked Rialto Investment Partners for their support in funding and arranging the acquisition and providing a significant opportunity to continue to grow their existing residential management and lettings portfolio.

Newly appointed Group Managing Director of Maillard & Co, John Pirouet, said: “We are delighted to have been able to purchase the Moore Property Group. Bringing together two longstanding and successful businesses further cements the strategy of providing the best-in-class property services to the Jersey public.”
