Marbral Advisory have appointed a new 'Change Architect' who aims to help firms improve efficiency and deliver "organisational change".
Carrie Harding most recently worked for Transport for London, where she grew their Property Development division from five to more than 80 staff, becoming one of the largest developers in London.
She was also the lead strategic planner for the Mayoral housing project, which aims to build 20,000 homes.
In her new role, she will be expected to lead and complete projects that have a measurable benefit to Marbral’s clients, while also providing risk analyses and creating reports on project progress.
Mrs Harding says her focus is on helping “Marbral clients make better data-led decisions”, and she is set on “utilising AI to help them streamline processes and improve efficiency".
Marbral Advisory’s CEO, Leonie McCrann said: “Her vast experience and success on major projects will be instrumental to the success of our clients with their own projects. She is analytical, driven, and a very strong communicator and she will be an asset to Marbral Advisory.”
