The Ministers for Treasury and External Relations are this week in Washington to attend the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Annual Meeting.
Treasury Minister Deputy Ian Gorst will also attend a meeting with Commonwealth Finance Ministers, and he will be joined by External Relations Minister Deputy Philip Ozouf at a meeting with the British Ambassador to the United States, Dame Karen Pierce.
It follows a visit to New Jersey by Deputy Philip Ozouf.
On Deputy Ozouf's agenda in New Jersey was meeting with the Mayor of Trenton, Reed Gusciora - with a key theme of discussion being potential education cooperation following the recent successful Jersey-Oregon student exchange - and attending a tech-focused event at Princeton University.

The island reestablished links with New Jersey in 2014, with a government visit coinciding with the 350th anniversary of the State.
